CDSCO, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India PHARMEXCIL, Set up by
Ministry of
Commerce and Industry, Government of India.
The Pharmaceuticals Export Promotion Council of India (PHARMEXCIL), with the support of the
Ministry of
Commerce & Industry and in collaboration with CDSCO, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare,
proposes to
organize the Global Regulatory Conclave (GRC) 2026 as a dedicated international platform for
structured
engagement among global drug regulatory authorities, policymakers, and the pharmaceutical
industry.
The evolving global pharmaceutical landscape—characterized by supply chain disruptions,
pandemic
learnings, and increasing demand for faster approvals—necessitates a more structured,
outcome-oriented and
regulator-driven platform, beyond exhibition-linked engagements. The standalone GRC will
address this need
by enabling focused regulatory deliberations, bilateral and multilateral engagements, and
policy-level
dialogue
